Delete Your Account – Science with Uresha

At Science with Uresha, we respect your privacy and provide you with full control over your data. If you wish to stop using the app, you can delete your account at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Delete Account via App

• Open the Science with Uresha app.
• Go to your Student Profile from the side menu.
• Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap the “Delete Account” button.
• Confirm the action.
• Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our system immediately.

⚠️ Note: This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your learning progress, classes, and any saved data cannot be recovered.

2. Request Deletion via Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to:

brightmindsonlineclasses@gmail.com

Please include the following information:

• Your full name
• Registered email address or phone number
• Reason for deletion (optional)

We will process your request within 7 working days and confirm once your data has been removed.

Data Deletion Policy

When your account is deleted (via app or email):

• All personal data (name, email, class data) will be permanently removed from our Firebase backend.
• Your data will not be retained or shared with any third party after deletion.
